(PVC) waterproof film is a thermoplastic PVC film. The membrane is made of polyester fiber fabric as a reinforcing material. By using a special extrusion coating process, the double-sided polyvinyl chloride plastic layer and the intermediate polyester reinforcement rib are combined together to form a polymer coil. The combination of advanced formula polyvinyl chloride plastic layer and mesh structure polyester fiber fabric gives the coil excellent dimensional stability and low thermal expansion coefficient, as well as good waterproof effect.

Characteristics of PVC waterproofing membrane:

1. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproofing membrane has high tensile strength, good elongation, and small thermal size change rate;

2. It has good weldability, and the joint becomes integrated with the base material after hot air welding;

5. Good flexibility at low temperatures (-20 ℃);

6. Long service life, aging resistance, roof materials can be used for more than 20 years, underground for up to 50 years, and no environmental pollution;

7. Colored surfaces reflect ultraviolet radiation, while PVC waterproof film surfaces absorb less heat and have lower temperatures;

8. Excellent flexibility and extensibility, high tensile strength, excellent dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, root penetration resistance, weather resistance, UV resistance, hail resistance;

Precautions for PVC waterproofing membrane construction:

When laying PVC waterproofing membrane, attention should be paid to the construction environment temperature, and the temperature of the membrane should be above -5 ℃. When using the full adhesion method, the temperature of the coil can only be above 5 ℃;

When laying PVC waterproof film, a layer should be added to special areas;

3. Pay attention to construction protection, and temporarily fix the coil before the end of daily construction to prevent it from being blown up by the wind;

4. The construction of the waterproof layer should be carried out after the completion of the previous process, and cross construction is not allowed. If equipment needs to be installed on the roof with waterproof membrane, additional layer treatment should be carried out on the basis of the equipment. If you need to build a high roof on top of the waterproof layer, you need to pass the waterproof layer acceptance.
