Polyethylene propylene polyester waterproofing membrane

Polyethylene propylene and polyester multi-layer polymer composite waterproofing membrane is developed based on a thorough study of existing waterproof and anti-seepage products, in accordance with the new requirements for waterproof and anti-seepage materials in modern waterproofing engineering in China. This product is a new type of waterproof material made by using multi-layer polymer synthetic sheet materials and composite processing with new technologies and processes.

Polyethylene acrylic and polyester multi-layer polymer composite waterproof roll is mainly made of non-woven fabric and polyethylene as the main raw materials, and improved by adding additives to enhance performance. It is a composite waterproof material consisting of four layers of sheet materials: reinforced protective layer, anti-aging layer, waterproof layer, and adhesive reinforcement layer.

Product Features

·This product is composed of different materials, and its performance has been significantly improved. In particular, the product is equipped with an anti-aging layer, which greatly increases its service life and can reach more than 50 years.

·The upper and lower surfaces of the product are rough, and the non-woven fibers have an irregular cross structure, forming a three-dimensional mesh, which makes it have high tensile strength, strong impermeability, good low-temperature flexibility, low expansion coefficient, low temperature rise effect, strong deformation adaptability, and high friction coefficient. It can be used in combination with various adhesives and has a good bonding effect.

·When bonding this product to the cement base, cement paste can be used as the adhesive. The cement paste can directly enter the mesh holes on the surface of the roll and solidify with the cement. The cement paste does not have problems such as aging, mold, hydrolysis, etc., so the bonding is permanently firm and should not be peeled off.

·The surface of the waterproof layer constructed with this product can be directly decorated and decorated (such as pasting tiles, floor tiles, mosaics, plastering mud, etc.).

·There are no special requirements for the moisture content of the leveling layer (base layer) when using this product for construction, as long as there is no water, the construction can be carried out, and the construction quality is reliable.
