Polymer root puncture resistant self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is composed of puncture resistant polymer sheet, self-adhesive rubber asphalt material, and isolation film, and can be reinforced with fabric on the polymer sheet as needed. This membrane combines the advantages of polymer waterproofing membrane and self-adhesive membrane, greatly improving its puncture resistance, weather resistance, self-healing, high and low temperature resistance, and more stable chemical properties. It complies with the GB/T23457 2009 waterproofing membrane standard. a. Characteristics of polymer film: Polymer film is a specially designed cross laminated high-density thin film. It is a multi-layer film that overcomes the characteristics of ordinary films, such as easy tearing and dimensional instability after heating. High dimensional stability, thermal stability, bi-directional tear resistance, high strength and elongation, and root puncture resistance that ordinary polymer films do not possess. b. Bonding mechanism: The high molecular weight polymer (chain segment) in the coil material undergoes chemical cross-linking and physical mortise and tenon interaction with the cement hydrate (silicate network), forming an interpenetrating network (IPN) structure at the interface. The cement can flow, penetrate, or impregnate before initial setting, and the setting strength increases day by day, thus truly achieving a skin type waterproof system that is "bone and flesh connected".
